I am a lawn mowing contractor.
I have a lot of clients in Mt Eden Sandringham.
I see these cowboys paid by the council on their big machines and they skim the berms leaving grass all over the paths.
Then I come along and weed eat the edges of paths and around trees, poles,
I mow the berm again, often the same day and tidy up because they don’t cut the berm low enough and they leave grass clippings all over the paths.
I do this because that is included in the price I quoted the client.
Therefore the ratepayer is paying some cowboy for nothing.

Priority seating is great in theory, but I stood on the train this morning, heavily pregnant holding the hand of my two year old son, and none of the able-bodied school children or men in the priority seating area offered a seat. The Veolia employee walked by twice without offering to help.

Pathetic. Everyone sits at home and moans. They go to work, and over coffee, they talk and moan. In the last 20-30 years, New Zealanders have accepted that they have had the stuffing knocked out of them. In the main, they’ve lost the will to fight. This wasn’t the case in the 60′s, 70′s and early 80′s. What a pathetic bunch of docile low-life losers we, as a nation, have turned into. No wonder we’re being fleeced by all and sundry. The bankers, the financers, the politicians, and the bureaucrats now rule this country – tragic.

Sometimes I believe an eye for an eye is the best course of action. One does not know suffering until he suffers. I’m not saying starve the guy to death. But give him enough to only survive for a month and I am sure he will come out a better person.
