Maintain Mental Health at work beyond Mental Health Awareness week

Many of us believe that we could make our workplace a healthier, more compassionate and richer place to be. Instinctively we have a hunch that if we changed things, productivity would improve.

James McCulloch from Inspire Group opens the forum with a keynote: Chasing Nirvana – Creating Awesome, Engaged and Resilient Working Cultures.

Followed by Wayne Neal from Business Energetics who will talk about Transformation, Resilience and Survival.

After morning tea Shaun Robinson, CEO for the Mental Health Foundation will talk about the Farmstrong case study and how this is building rural workplace resilience.

Aaron McIntosh, People Concierge at Mcintosh & Co will show the audience how to integrate a pro-active approach to mental health by creating processes to identify those at risk.

Suzanne Henwood, from mBraining4Success and The Healthy Workplace will deliver a very topical keynote too many people can identify with: The terrorists within – How workplace bullying is impacting your teams’ performance and impacting your teams’ lives.

Aaron Hodder from Assurity wants us to unleash neuro diversity in our workplaces and finding our super-hero and kryptonite.

The Forum will close with a panel discussion to develop a plan of action for attendees to take back to work.

Mr Lines says “The programme has been developed to empower teams, encourage higher productivity by developing a more supportive culture and greater interpersonal trust within organisations”.
