Man with gun robs McDonalds on Great North Road

Auckland Police are investigating an armed robbery at the McDonalds on Great North Road in Grey Lynn.

At about 1.50am this morning, a man with a long barrelled firearm entered the store and demanded money.

The offender ran off from the store.

Further details will be released later in the morning. [But the police have so far failed to release any more information.]
