What they are doing, with police involvement, is illegal.
This is also the attempted privatization of NZ’s state houses and land.
In the UK, while asset stripping, they made an unaccountable paperlesss system and ended up handing state houses over making the 2cd biggest (private) property investment company.
A scam in which the public now fund the extra costs of the private ownership of some of the UK’s state homes.
Destruction of the community ( running an asset steal,a scam and sell off) was not the stated purpose of the company, so therefore it is technically disestablished.
