There have been many articles lately in regards to this law. One in Truth regarding an Irishman who was found not guilty and then lost all his assets. An Australian lost his life savings and his property – he was also found not guilty. Both these cases were for drug related incidents and i have read of others. Then we have the Dot Com case that is active. Is this new law just an act of greed? No criminal conviction – how can property and money be seized?
